BENJAMIN DONNELLY, 21, DESIGNER
I’m an Industrial Designer, second majoring in architecture at the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane Australia. I have a strong passion for design, art, animation, film-making and storytelling and look to use industrial design as a catalyst for positive change by promoting positive, sustainable futures throughout my work. In that sense, design is an extremely important language that has the means to tap into a cross disciplinary array of problems and provide innovative, sustainable and user-beneficial solutions. I’m enthralled, and inspired by this notion; in the sense that I have the ability to instigate positive change in our world through my work and constantly seek to improve myself, my perspective and my workflow as a means of reaching goals that were previously inconceivable. Because of this, I’m drawn to visualisation as a communication process within design and its ability to successfully convey game changing ideas. I'm passionate about my work and hope to one day inspire others as much as they have inspired me.
